Wild Hare Productions is joining forces with Michael Genevie to present An Evening with Mark Twain on Friday and Saturday evenings, March 27, 28 at 7:30 and a Sunday matinee, March 29, at 3:00. Michael Genevie retired as the Executive Director of the historic Abbeville Opera House last year, and since that time, has been working on this one man tour-de-force which is set in the early 1900’s and based on a series of Twain’s lectures. Throughout the show, Genevie takes you on a delightful trip through the life of one of America’s greatest authors. Genevie has created an illuminating portrait filled with non-stop humor and insight, telling the story of Twain’s extraordinary life – full of rollicking adventure, great success, crushing defeat and hilarious comedy.
Performances will be Friday and Saturday evening, March 27 and 28 at 7:30pm with a Sunday matinee, March 29 at 3 o’clock at the Wild Hare Studios at 115A Hampton Avenue in Greenwood.
